Good mental health is fundamental to thriving in life, yet, compared to looking after our own physical health, little is commonly known about mental ill-health and how to prevent it. We look to the Mental Health Foundation, the UK’s charity for everyone’s mental health for resources on how to look after mental health. Here, you can download free publications on how to look after your mental health using a variety of different techniques. Visit the site now.
