Mental Health Foundation Downloads

Good mental health is fundamental to thriving in life, yet, compared to looking after our own physical health, little is commonly known about mental ill-health and how to prevent it. We look to the Mental Health Foundation, the UK’s charity for everyone’s mental health for resources on how to look after mental health. Here, you can download free publications on how to look after your mental health using a variety of different techniques. Visit the site now.
Staff Arts Club

The Staff Arts Club is co-ordinated and funded by Imperial Health Charity and offers members of Trust staff the opportunity to engage with London’s arts scene.
Members enjoy a range of benefits, including free admission to some of London’s major museums and galleries, as well as invitations to private tours and exhibition openings.
The Staff Arts Club is free to join for all members of staff at Imperial College Healthcare NHS Trust.
Members can visit paid exhibitions at the following galleries for free:
- Royal Academy of Arts
- Victoria and Albert Museum
