COPOV

Chloroquine/ hydroxychloroquine prevention of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) in the healthcare setting; a randomised, placebo-controlled prophylaxis study

The COPCOV trial will determine whether a daily prophylactic dose of chloroquine / hydroxychloroquine can protect healthcare workers from catching COVID-19 infection

COVID-19 Vaccine Study (COV002)

Also known as the “Oxford Vaccine Trial” the purpose of this study is to test a new vaccine against COVID-19 in healthy volunteers.

Novavax

This clinical trial is evaluating an investigational COVID-19 vaccine to make sure it:

1. Works to protect against COVID-19 infection, and

PRINCIPLE

PRINCIPLE is a nationwide clinical study from the University of Oxford to find COVID-19 treatments for the over 50s that can be taken at home.

The PRINCIPLE team are looking for medicines that can help people with COVID-19 symptoms get better quickly and stop them needing to go to hospital.
